ENT-303 The Culture and Operations of a Business

Students in this course will explore the business operations and culture of a typical organization. They will delve into production and operations management, sourcing key resources, human resource practices, strategic alignment of business activities, and leveraging partnerships. Strategies for creating and sustaining organizational culture will be crafted. A business model framework will be incorporated, offering a holistic view of engaging with and delivering value to customers. Prerequisite: ENT-301 and ENT-302
