ADM-310 Digital Transformation for Managers

During this course, students will evaluate the manager's role in adopting new technologies to improve business performance. Students will explore trends including telework and distributed collaboration, office productivity tools, data analytics, process automation, and artificial intelligence applications. Learning how to assess opportunities for new technologies, determine vendor relationships, address raining/reskilling, and foster a climate of continuous innovation will be addressed. Students will learn to lead technology changes consistent with an ethical and biblical perspective.

Various subject area assessments will be taken to determine where additional assistance may be helpful.
