EDU-238 Reading Assessment and Intervention

This course is designed to equip pre-service teachers to assess the progress of struggling readers and design interventions to target student needs. Particular emphasis is placed on assessing and intervening in phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension.
