This course examines the challenges associated with organizational behavior and leadership. It also includes understanding the historical and theoretical perspectives of organizational behavior. The course will further analyze organizational and individual communication processes, the impact of technology on organizations, and the design of organizational structures. Prerequisites: MOL-500 or MOL-505
