BADM-758 Applied Doctoral Project (ADP) 8: Change Management Plan

Students in this course will synthesize research findings within the context of a partner organization, develop recommendations for changes in existing practice in order to improve organizational outcomes, and create a change management plan to implement those changes. Students must successfully complete the Change Management Plan in order to complete this course. Application and implementation of course theories and concepts in an organizational setting will be addressed through embedded, experiential learning experiences and activities within the course. Prerequisite: BADM-757
