PROJ-670 Project Leadership Practices and Careers
This course focuses on project leadership practices and development. Students will explore both traditional and Agile management prioritization and planning processes necessary to execute project delivery. By applying project management concepts, practices, and expertise, students will further develop their project leadership skills. Through the development of a professional portfolio and participation in interview activities, students will be prepared for project leadership roles. Students will utilize critical thinking skills by applying concepts and practices learned throughout the program to advance their work in project management. Biblical principles that undergird the knowledge and concepts related to project leadership practices will be examined. Prerequisite: PROJ-610, PROJ-620, PROJ-630, PROJ-640, PROJ-650 and PROJ-660 or have successfully obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) exam.
