PROJ-640 Project Management - Leadership, Teamwork, and Communication

This course introduces students to leadership, teamwork, and communication in project management. Students will examine how leadership and team roles, and communication methods are used in both the traditional and Agile project management approaches. The differences between traditional and Agile practices for project leadership, identifying team roles and functions, and appropriate communication processes will be highlighted. Students will be able to identify the pros and cons of each project management approach and determine the best method for the project. Biblical principles that undergird leadership, teamwork, and communication concepts will be examined. Prerequisite: PROJ-610, PROJ-620, and PROJ-630
