PROJ-650 Project Management- Stakeholders, Risks And Issues, Metrics and Measures
This course introduces students to traditional project management and Agile practices for stakeholder communication and collaboration. Students will recognize the importance of identifying and managing risks and potential issues in a project. Utilizing project metrics and measures to monitor project performance will be discussed throughout the course. Terminology and industry practices used to engage stakeholders, identify risks and potential issues, and how to apply various metrics and measures to projects will be explored. Students will utilize critical thinking skills necessary to develop and manage project deliverables. Biblical principles that undergird stakeholder relationships, navigating risks, and applying metrics and measures to gauge project performance will be examined. Prerequisite: PROJ-610, PROJ-620, PROJ-630, and PROJ-640
