PROJ-630 Project Management - Cost, Quality, and Contracts

This course introduces students to cost estimation, quality management, establishing, and monitoring contracts. The content covered in this course includes both Agile and traditional project management work. Students will be able to determine the differences between traditional and Agile practices. The pros and cons of each approach in managing cost, quality, and contracts will be examined. Biblical principles that align with managing project costs, quality, and contracts will be examined. Prerequisite: PROJ-610 and PROJ-620
