BADM-754 Applied Doctoral Project (ADP) 4: Identify Problem

In this course, students will evaluate leadership challenges within a specific partnership organization and synthesize available data sources to determine inconsistencies and contradictions. Students will recognize multidimensional problems that will require complex problem solving and, together with the partner organization, identify the problem that will be the focus of the ADP. An approved Project Proposal (Chapter One) is required to successfully complete this course. Application and implementation of course theories and concepts in an organizational setting will be addressed through embedded, experiential learning experiences and activities within the course. Prerequisite: BADM-753
