Sexual Misconduct Guidance

Sexual misconduct, in alignment with the Title IX Sexual Harassment and Non-Discrimination Policy, would be defined under the scope of sexual harassment which includes, quid pro quo harassment, hostile educational environment, sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking.

IWU takes all reported sexual misconduct seriously and will promptly discipline any individuals within its control who are found responsible through the Title IX policy. For more information please see the Title IX policy. All concerns can be directed to the Title IX Coordinator. 

If reported sexual misconduct is found outside of the jurisdiction of Title IX, the report in question will be investigated through the Office of Student Conduct.
