Youth Ministries - B.S.
Purpose
The Youth Ministries major is designed to prepare women and men for service in the local church, with a focus on ministry with adolescents. Students will be prepared for roles such as youth pastor, family pastor, or discipleship pastor. The major includes the School of Theology and Ministry ministerial core and can be combined with the Pastoral Ministries second major to meet ordination requirements in the Wesleyan Church and meet advanced standing requirements for ministerial master’s programs.

Students in the major meet the general education requirements by taking REL-365, YTH-366, REL-366P, and REL-240.
