PYC-670 Foundations for Primary Care Practice

This is a continuation of theory and clinical practice designed to prepare the advanced practice student to function as a family nurse practitioner. Emphasis will be placed on health promotion, disease prevention, diagnostic reasoning, holistic care, and interprofessional practice. Supervised clinical experiences are required.
