AIM-200 Introduction to Artificial Intelligence

This course introduces the basic concept of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning, including data curation, model training, and performance monitoring. Students are introduced to common AI applications and leading commercial tools. This course also explores the responsible use of AI in a higher-education context consistent with biblical and ethical principles.

AIM-201 AI Prompt Engineering Seminar

In this course, students learn to utilize commercial generative artificial intelligence (AI) and develop prompts for diverse academic tasks. Students explore application interfaces, input tokenization, sources of bias, and output constraints. Tailored prompts will be used to iteratively create quality work products, consistent with best practices and Biblical principles.

AIM-202 AI Prompt Engineering Course

Students learn to utilize commercial generative artificial intelligence (AI) and develop prompts for diverse academic tasks, then apply them to the design, writing, and publication of a book. Students explore application interfaces, input tokenization, sources of bias, and output constraints. They demonstrate the use of tailored prompts to iteratively create quality work products, as demonstrated by a completed book, consistent with best practices and Biblical principles.
