Identification Cards
All students must have a valid IWU identification (ID) card and are only permitted to possess one IWU ID card at any given time. For general security identification purposes, IWU students are required to comply with requests for identification to any Indiana Wesleyan University official, Campus Police officer, or other emergency personnel acting in performance of their duties.
Students may receive their card from Student Development. Student ID cards are the property of Indiana Wesleyan University; however, it is the student’s responsibility to present the ID for food services, to use the Recreation and Wellness Center, to record attendance for some programs/events, and for use of the Library. In the case of loss or destroyed ID cards, students will need to pay a $10 cash fee to obtain a new ID card. Students can obtain a new ID card in the Student Development office.
For security purposes and account protection, report lost or stolen cards so they may be deactivated.
