Executive MBA - Business Administration
The Executive Master of Business Administration program will empower business leaders to enhance their abilities to lead strategically, drive innovation, and model integrity in a rapidly evolving global landscape. Focusing on growth, organization, innovation, and accountability, participants will enhance skills needed to navigate complex challenges and make a meaningful impact. Emphasizing AI-driven business strategy, the program explores how emerging technologies reshape business models and drive competitive advantage. Ethical leadership is reinforced through faith-based servant leadership principles, fostering integrity, trust, and responsible decision-making. Through immersive learning experiences, including specialized certifications in Strategic Leadership and AI Business Innovation, participants will gain practical expertise in leading change initiatives, enhancing organizational agility, and applying data-driven strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall business performance. Leaders will analyze global business environments, navigate international dynamics, and develop forward-thinking competitive strategies within an immersive, global learning environment. Leaders in this program will be required to attend the Entrepreneurial Leaders Organization (ELO) in Oxford, UK.

Admission Requirements

A baccalaureate or graduate degree from a college or university that is accredited by an accrediting agency recognized by both the U.S. Department of Education (ED) and the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) verified on original transcripts sent by the institution directly to Indiana Wesleyan University.

An undergraduate grade point average (GPA) of 2.5 or higher from the baccalaureate degree granting institution at which at least a minimum of 30 hours was completed. If an applicant's GPA is below 2.5, the student may be admitted on a probationary basis, as established by the guidelines of the DeVoe School of Business, Technology, & Leadership.

Submission of a resume that documents a minimum of five years executive leadership experience in roles such as Director, Executive Director, or C-Suite positions. Experience can be performed in a variety of institutions and organizations including (but not limited to): business, non-profit, civic, educational, medical, religious, or government.
Graduation Requirements
To graduate, students must have completed all of the following:
- All credits required in the curriculum sequence with a minimum GPA of 3.0 and a minimum grade of “C” in each course. A grade of "C-" or below will require the course to be repeated.
- Overall GPA of 3.0 in all IWU graduate work.
- Payment of all tuition and fees is required to receive a diploma.
