Violence, or the threat of violence, by an individual against another individual who: is or was a spouse; is or was sharing a living space (house, apartment, etc.); has a child in common with; is a minor subject to the control of; or is an incapacitated individual under the guardianship or otherwise subject to the control of the other individual.
