Dating Violence

Violence, or the threat of violence, committed by any individual who is, or has been, in a relationship of a romantic or intimate nature. The existence of such a relationship will be determined based on a consideration of the length and nature of the relationship and the frequency of interactions between the individuals within the relationship.
