Program Readmission Requirement

Candidates who have previously withdrawn from a program of study in the School of Integrated Learning and Development and who wish to be readmitted to the program are welcome to return. The following conditions for readmission will be applied by the School:

• Program administrators reserve the right to require that candidates audit or repeat some courses that may have already been completed if the administrator determines that the material is significantly different than when the candidate first took the course.
• In the event the candidate has been withdrawn for a period of six months or more, the candidate must satisfy all program admission and clinical experience requirements as published in the IWU catalog at the time of their readmission to the program.
  • Courses more than five years old will need to be repeated unless waived by the program administrator through academic petition.
  • Candidates need to also be aware of any changes in state licensure requirements and reciprocity.
