Demonstrations
As a Christ-centered academic community committed to developing students in character, scholarship, and leadership, Indiana Wesleyan University encourages its members to explore and discuss ideas freely and fully. Those desiring to host a demonstration must complete a registration process through Student Development and also observe the following guidelines:
• All demonstrations must be peaceful, orderly, and respectful of others.
• Only current IWU students may organize, lead, or participate in demonstrations on campus.
• Demonstrators may not impede the freedom of the University community. The guidelines above provide a general understanding of the expectations for hosting a campus demonstration. More comprehensive guidelines and information about the registration process can be requested from the Office of the Dean of Students by calling 765-677-1989.
