Children's Ministries - B.S.
Purpose
The Children's Ministries major is designed to prepare a student to serve in a church staff position such as a director of children's ministry. The Children's Ministries major also prepares students to serve in various para-church organizations (that serve the needs of children) as well as giving needed preparation for students who intend to seek employment in church-related pre-schools and day care centers. Students who plan to seek ordination in The Wesleyan Church or who plan to enroll in the MPTh must double major in Pastoral Ministries.
