LDR-370 Psychology of Leadership

The course examines the psychological mechanisms affecting the attitudes and actions of leaders and followers. Within that context, a central focus of the course is how leaders influence motivation and behaviors of followers to enhance performance while understanding how to lead in more effective, ethical, and humane ways.
