FEDU-520 Self-Leadership

Self-leadership explores areas of personal strength and challenge that impact leadership such as intellectual, personal, spiritual, and financial. This course includes assessment, reflection, challenge, and strategic planning related to both the skills associated with self-leadership and the spiritual intensity necessary for self-leadership. (This course is open to students in 12 Stone Residency Program)

FEDU-521 Relational Leadership

Relationship Leadership addresses the personal and communal opportunities and challenges to leading relationally in light of Scripture, leadership theory, and practical leadership experience. This course includes assessment, reflection, challenge, and strategic planning related to both the skills associated with relational leadership and the spiritual intensity necessary for relational leadership. (This course is open to students in 12 Stone Residency Program)

FEDU-522 Organizational Leadership

Organizational Leadership engages the skills, structure, theories, and biblical teachings that reflect healthy organizational leadership including but not limited to active prayer life, pastoral resilience, and the pursuit of wisdom. This course includes assessment, reflection, challenge, and strategic planning related to both the skills associated with organizational leadership and the spiritual intensity necessary for organizational leadership. (This course is open to students in 12 Stone Residency Program)

FEDU-523 Focused Leadership

Focused Leadership addresses courageous leadership, the role and development of teams, and reviews strategies for ministry growth providing students opportunity to deploy acquired skills via pastoral leadership through platform ministries such as worship and preaching. This course includes assessment, reflection, challenge, and strategic planning related to both the skills associated with focused leadership and the spiritual intensity necessary for focused leadership. (This course is open to students in 12 Stone Residency Program)
