HSM-490 Hospitality Management Capstone
Students in this course will develop effective marketing strategies, identify current trends and issues, and differentiate specific characteristics of the segments of the hospitality industry. Students will also create a quantitative tool-kit for improved decision-making and determine optimal human asset practices while creating a business plan for a small hospitality industry business. Students will develop a leadership perspective consistent with a biblical worldview. Students will be required to perform a field exercise as part of this course. Pre-requisite: All required courses in the major must be completed before starting the capstone HSM-490
