Children's Ministries - B.S.
Purpose
The Children's Ministries major is designed to prepare a student to serve in a church staff position such as a director of children's ministry. The Children's Ministries major also prepares students to serve in various para-church organizations (that serve the needs of children) as well as giving needed preparation for students who intend to seek employment in church-related pre-schools and day care centers. Students who plan to seek ordination in The Wesleyan Church or who plan to enroll in the MPTh must take the 67 hour children's major.
General Education Requirements
Students in this major meet the general education requirements by taking REL-240 and PSY-251.
