HSM-430 Hotels, Restaurants, Tourism, and Travel in the Hospitality Industry

Students in this course will differentiate between and identify key issues within each segment of the hospitality industry. Students will analyze environmental components that impact each segment, creating a profile and career path of specific jobs, including an individual professional development plan consistent with identified career path and job segments. Students will develop a leadership perspective consistent with a biblical worldview.
