HSM-400 Hospitality Market Development

Students in this course will identify the fundamental aspects of modern marketing and the steps of the new product development process, analyze marketing data that guides the strategic planning process, and create a promotional plan for a hospitality product or service. Students will also define an effective product-specific advertising campaign and evaluate the components of a social media strategy. A biblical framework will be used throughout the course.
