The Indiana Wesleyan University Bachelor of Arts in Music Degree is committed to developing musicians through vigorous musical training in the context of the liberal arts, thereby fostering the students’ holistic view of the world around them, allowing them to have a more complete picture of who God is through various, yet connected disciplines in their professional endeavors, in order to more fully serve humanity through private teaching, performing, further graduate study, or in combination with another major.
Requirements (40-47 credits)

Applied Music
Applied music (private study) is offered in voice, piano, organ, and all brass, woodwind, percussion, and string (including guitar) instruments. All applied study requires a private lesson fee.
