Married Housing

Indiana Wesleyan University offers a limited number of apartments for married students. To be eligible, one of the residents must be an IWU CAS student who has successfully completed at least 60 credit hours or is 21 years old. Spouses of residents must also be at least 21 years old.

The university also owns a number of rental properties in the local area. Contact the Office of Property Management at 765-677-3388 to inquire. See "Housing Exemption" to confirm off-campus eligibility.
