2023-2024 Catalog

Worship Arts - B.S.

Purpose

The Worship Arts major consists of a program of 47 credit hours. The core set of courses (34 credit hours) is taken in the School of Theology and Ministry; the remaining courses (12 credit hours) are taken within the division related to the student's art form of emphasis. This program is designed to prepare a student to serve in a local church or other para-church ministry in worship leadership.  It is also an excellent second major to enhance a student's training for other ministries. Students who plan to enroll in the MPTh Christian Ministries must take the Worship Ministries + Pastoral Ministries double majors.
