Staying Off-Campus
Students who have an on-campus housing assignment are expected to live in that assigned living space throughout the school year. Of course, students will occasionally spend time away from campus (overnight, on weekends, etc.). All students are encouraged to notify a friend or roommate/suitemate if they are going to be away from campus overnight. Students who anticipate an extended stay away from their campus housing assignment (not during a scheduled university break) should notify their RA or other Residence Life staff. This allows the University to contact the student in case of emergency (e.g. illness, accident, or crisis situation). All students are required to uphold the community standards and university policies of Indiana Wesleyan University while staying off campus.
