REL-525 Spiritual Care and Counseling

This course provides theological, theoretical, and practical foundations for effective pastoral care for individuals ranging from birth through the end of life. Development will be examined throughout the life-cycle. Concerning children and teens, this course will explore both healthy development and types of disabilities. Adulthood issues of development, identity, marriage and family will be addressed. This course aims to guide the learners to become reflective practitioners of ministry to all ages.
