DOL-760A Leadership Development Colloquium I

The 760 course series is designed to provide students an opportunity to focus on the development of their scholarship and leadership as they matriculate into the doctoral program. Students focus on the foundational skills of scholarly work and writing, theoretical learning in the organizational leadership discipline, and applying theory to practice within the context of personal and professional leadership development. Students engage in critical analysis of leadership journal articles and the integration of scholarship and faith into their leadership perspectives and practices. The three courses in this series are taken sequentially.
