Center for Academic Thriving
The Center for Academic Thriving is dedicated to helping every student thrive. We seek to help students by offering guidance as they transition into the IWU community and navigate their college experience. We focus on the academic onboarding of college students through academic advising and continued support through our First-Year Experience program. We offer additional support to students throughout their college careers through our Student Engagement Office and The Learning Center. Services include: First Year Advising, 21st Century Scholars Advising, Student Engagement, First-Year Experience Programming, General Studies Advising, Tutoring and Academic Coaching, Academic Support Classes, and Student Success and Retention Initiatives.
