Disciplinary Warning

A warning status into which a student is placed when the student is in jeopardy of more serious sanctions. Disciplinary Warning is intended as a caution concerning current or future behavior, informing the student that if immediate changes in behavior do not occur, the student may begin to lose some privileges associated with being part of the IWU community. Students who violate Community Standards and/or University Policies with a Disciplinary Warning on their record may face more serious sanctions for future violations. A permanent record is kept in the student’s file.
