CRJ-467 Research Methods and Analysis in Criminal Justice

Research Methods and Analysis in Criminal Justice gives students an introduction to research methods and data analysis pertinent to the study of crime, criminality, and the criminal justice system. Students will have an opportunity to study classic and contemporary research in criminal justice and apply research methods in their research projects. Their research works include literature review, problem study, experiment design, ethical data collection, survey design, sampling, observation, validation of data, data management, data analysis, interpretation of data in every research. Further studies include exploring modern statistics methods to analyze data and support findings in student's research.
