ART-491 Capstone: Business Practices
This course is designed to provide advanced art and design students with leadership principles, business ethics, and creative objectives necessary for success in the professional workplace. Students will integrate their cumulative academic experience into a visionary business strategy and will create a brand identity package that includes contracts, invoices, and other professional agreements in alignment with marketplace standards and expectations. They will exit the class having built a network of potential clients as well as industry professionals who can provide support within their chosen fields of expertise. Requirement: to be taken during the last two semesters.
