ACCT-541 Performance Management: Planning, Budget and Forecasting

Students in this course will analyze past CMA exam questions to prepare for Part 1B of the CMA exam. Students will study planning, budgeting and forecasting, performance management, and technology and analytics. Also covered is the structure of Part 1B of the CMA exam. Students will devise strategies to study for the CMA exam.
