The importance of professionalism in all types of communication will be stressed. In addition to speaking and writing skills, special emphasis will be placed on listening skills, interpersonal communication, and presentation skills.
This capstone course is designed for students to work on individual topics of their choice that aligns with the specialty that reflects their study in Operations Management. Students will develop a proposal and present a final paper for a project of their choice that focuses on an overall problem found in Organizational Management. Students will then analyze the human resources, capacities, activities, and measurements as part of developing an organizational strategy. A biblical and ethical worldview will be integrated into the final Operational Management project. Prerequisite: successful completion of all core courses
