BADM-703 Virtuous Leadership and Global Based Teams

In this course, students will critique leadership aspects of real world situations from the perspective of the Virtuous Business Model, distinguish among current leadership theories including servant leadership, and assess success factors for leadership within a global team environment. Students will appraise change-management situations to determine specific leadership elements and appropriate best practices. Students will assess potential ethical leadership solutions using the Virtuous Business Model.
