IPE-545 Biostatistics

The course covers basic statistical concepts, methods, and reasoning used to improve population health. This course introduces students to the basics of statistical concepts and techniques, including central tendency, probability distributions, hypothesis testing, and correlation and regression analyses. Students will be able to understand and apply statistical language, how to interpret real world data, and how to construct statistical models based on the use of graphical and numerical techniques.
