BIS-372 Information Technology and Business Strategy Alignment

By describing the phases of information technology service management, the student will demonstrate the organization lifecycle processes for each process service phase. The student will apply the seven steps of Continuous Service Improvement and practice an industry accepted level of competency on every service phase. All information technology service management phases will be explored from a biblical worldview.
