DOL-760A Leadership Development Colloquium I
The 760-course series provides students an opportunity to reflect on theoretical learning in the area of organizational leadership. Students engage in critical analysis of leadership journal articles and application of theoretical principles and models in the context of their leadership experience and organization. The three courses in this series are taken sequentially.

In the 760 course series students put leadership theory and research into practice. The course is built on a seminar-based approach in which students interact with outstanding organizational leaders and discuss current leadership principles, knowledge, and practices. Coached by DOL faculty, students engage in leadership
practices, research projects, and personal and organizational improvement processes. These one hour credit courses, offered in the September, January, and April terms, must be taken in sequential order.
