Excused Absences
Excuses from class are defined in each course syllabus and are at the discretion of the faculty member and the College of Arts and Sciences. It is the policy of the Health Center to provide students with documentation for the following circumstances
ONLY: an acute contagious illness or an illness requiring an extended period of recuperation. Students needing excused absences due to hospitalization should contact Academic Affairs.
